Fendi Problem Resolved....Phbs83

if anyone had a problem with getting the fendi bag and was shipped, and did not get it, I have some GREAT news.

Not sure if you remember, but I said I was going send them a letter via priority mail....and even tho I was slow on it, I sent it out on tuesday. Well, I get home today, and what do I find....and e-mail from gratis's new "Internet Operations Supervisor". He was very sorry about what happened, and seemed to have written a letter to address it, and not canned. He did look into it, and saw it was a mistake on their end.

Now, on May 3rd I will have in my hands, via FedEx, a $250 GC to ashford.com. If you had a problem like I did, print a copy of every service ticket you have open, all the pages on the site that might be helpful, and a letter explaining your situation. It worked for me, and mailing the letter priority mail with confirmation was $6.

I just looked at ashford, and wouldn't mind them at all. My GF has been hounding me that she wants this Movado watch. This would sure put a dent in it. I would pick it up in a sec with $250 GC

well, I think they did the GC because it was able to get ordered right away since it was such a long wait. I don't mind where it is to, ashford has a great selection of stuff. Check or GC or Bag, atleast I am getting it

Well we both do so I can't blame just her. I am a big fan of nice watches and enjoy the compliments that go along with them.
