'Date/Time' Changed, but Order Status Not Changed? Huh?!

I just went and checked my order details right now, and I noticed something strange. Lemme give you a timeline

9/21 - Processing
9/27 - Sent to Vendor, Waiting on Product

Apple 20GB iPod

The "date/time" field in my order information has been changed to 10/6 (today), but the status is still StV, WoP. Any ideas on what this could mean?

Maybe they have sent the orders to a different vendor and we will ship soon?

that's most likely it. gratis seems to have gotten some more vendors now. which is a GREAT thing because ecost can't handle this.
