I just got put on hold from OC, because I found out that my roommate also signed up for the site psps4free.com.
I was under the impression that OC (or maybe it was Gratis) allowed roommates in a dorm situation to do the offers.
So what should I do. I contacted them and they indicated that the other account is indeed under my roommates email address. What can I do or say to get taken off hold.
Any and all info is GREATLY appreciated.

No, they don't let your roommate sign up - did you read the first 4 sentences of the Agreement or w/e. If you sign up (your family, friend or some other person cannot sign up using same computer) WHY? Don't know.
Your friend signed up (under your link or what) if he signed up under your link in the same PC - then it will be really hard to get off HOLD/\.
Contact them, lets see what happend
