freeipods.com faq links not working

My account just got put on hold because two of my friends used the same computer to sign up under me (didn't know the IP address of each referral has to be different also, so annoying ? )

But anyways, I went and logged in under my account, went to the FAQs page, and clicked on the "My account is currently on HOLD" link, expecting the screen with the textbox where you can send them an email, but guess what happened.... nothing, it just took me back to the mail FAQ page. The same thing happens with all the other links except for "I want to know more about how this works". Has anyone else had a problem with this? I could just send an email to the one link that works, but I'm afraid it might get thrown out cuz it's not related to the subject.

Someone help please!!!!

or if someone can be kind enough to try the links themselves and let me know if they can get it to work or not

go to the "Account Issues (Help me)" section on this forum and ask it on there. A gratis rep usually browses on their and will take you off hold if you explain the whole situation and whatnot.

the on hold button for me just sends me back to the main faq page. i think gratis is getting really messed up with the way they handle things now..
