Well i signed up for this last year and never did it. And i cant remeber if i completed an offer. How do i know if i have, also i have started refering people if u had not completed an offer and get 5 people signed up will i be screwed or be able to complete an offer then and then be done

if it has been a year and it still says you havent completed an offer, then you most likely havent. and you can have all your referrrals do offers before you do your own.
