Hey all,
Today I noticed the change on the fip account information page where they replaced the email history with "Customer Service Inquiries."
Well, when i go to the new page, it has the record of when i was hold (which i have been off of for a few weeks)...but the part that makes me nervous is under the Issue Status it says "closed"...
that doesn't mean my account is closed, does it? I'm guessing it just means the issue had been resolved, but I want to be sure.

yea it means that the issue has been closed, and that there is no further need to continue on with it and whatnot...
no worries -)
