I find it hard to believe they'd waste a stamp and time to mail a letter. Why not just reopen one of the support tickets and respond there, or send an email? They've got nothing to prove to us anymore...

I think it would be pretty funny if a former moderator here, who was known for being a hardass about multiple accounts had two accounts of his own...

It was marked as shipped and is now "backordered", I haven't changed my signature.
And yes, I did get a letter. If I get a chance I'll scan it (brother has camera @ college). I have no idea where the Merchantville, NY came from, but thats what it says.

Not sure, but the letter was correct. I got my Xbox today, 7 days after I received the letter.
