Mine went shipped also. No tracking info either. Contacted cyberpower and they said to ask Gratis customer service. I got a support ticket open tho.

Email them with your full shipping address as well as the gratis order # and explain that you havent been able to reach gratis' customer support yet.
they will get back to you in under a day with the tracking number.

good luck getting your tracking number... they refused to give it to me over the phone, told me Gratis is their customer, not me.

what's important is that it's on its way... lol lol D
The processing took around 3-4 weeks, STV about 2 weeks
I'm jealous, the PSP will have to do until I get the Cyberpower or Dell, what to choose!
