I would go with A. When I eventually get mine, I'll be giving it to my parents, but I would be entirely satisfied using it as my main comp. As long as you don't miss a few of the inputs that it's lacking, it seems to be quite decent enough to be a main workhorse.

Well there are only two ship outs so far for minis, and it seems they were about a month apart. So really there's no real reference outside of that and it could mean nothing at all.

Asking Gratis when they are going to approve does nothing (we are spoiled by OC).

They go in shifts. My guess is that this Thursday we'll be approved. Then stay in processing for 2 weeks before going STV then shipping.

Just a guess. I had imagined that it would be at least a month before I got my Mac mini once I submitted for approval.

that's good mental preparation, when you consider gratis usually hangs up like this. i had imagined getting my mac mini around 2 weeks after i requested approval... that's how fast it was with my freeipod (my only other free site done)

i should occupy my time thinking of other things instead of gratis....like seahorses and carnivals and christmas morning...

Another advantage to being further delayed would be to get OS X 10.4 included on the mini instead of having to get the upgrade.

Tiger comes out on April 29th. I know that's waiting longer, but it would be worth it if we got Tiger included.

i've been a mac fan for about a year... i think my favorite feature in tiger is the dashboard.

it was supposed to come tomorrow.. but i wont be home, but it requires a signature

but i just checked my tracking page and it says it was delivered TODAY.. signed for by ME, listed as "Receptionist"

First, im at work so i didnt sign for it, and second theres no receptionist, its my apartment

and no ones home so i cant call and find out if it came

oh and it says it was delivered in the city it arrived at this morning.. i dont live in that city
