Video Professor, calling for REFUND

My package came late in the mail due to the US Postal Services on difficulties it came a little ripped (the package) hance the shipping delay. It got to my house a few days prior to 10 day expiration. My 20 day extended refund period ends on wednesday, and I have tried contacting VP for my refund number and I get an autoamted voice recorder that tells me all of their clients are currently talking to other customers...I leave my number for them to call me back. Any of you have this same problem? If so how long did it take for them to call back? Its 9 pm est here now, called about about 800 est. I also sent them an e-mail for info on refund (but I notice it says AFTER it has been shipped back). Please let me know about this ASAP. The discs are stiull at my home just 2 days away from 20 day refund limit (says theres also a possible 30 day? im confused)

i called teh company 3 times asking questions, and i got a real person's response, so far all my referrals used this offer but, i think if you call early in the morning, or late at night, like i did. you should be fine.

Ya I sent them an email about this and it takes 5-10 business days to process. 10 days? I have never heard of such a thing, what do they have 1 customer reprosentative to handle everything? Any1 help me out besides just giving me a link?

i called them last week, was on the line waitin for a rep for like 15min, at around 330PM EASTERN, ull get through.

"[b61f7541fc2]any1[/b61f7541fc2]" would know you have nothing to worry about. You've made every effort to contact them during your trial, and when their phones clear up, notify them of this.

I cancelled mine on the phone Friday. Got through at ~300pm Central in about five minutes.

Common sense? I've never heard of such a thing!
