Sometimes it is after noon. Seems like it's right around 445 EST. M-F
OK sweet, I was thinking that the sites would be updated around 100PM EST and if not by then then the best bet would be to wait for the next day. Thanks much.

i thought like 900am - 1000am is when they updated shit. seemed liek it for me.

There's no specific time that Gratis updates the site. There's no rhyme or reason to it.
