anyone STV 9/27 that ordered sonys shipped?

how many stv 9/27 that ordered sonys got their order shipped? I know mines didn't =/

i know the toshibas/samsungs are getting out, but what about the sonys?

I know Sony came out with a newer model of the 27" WEGA (KV-27FS320) in August which is just now hitting stores. So, I'd imagine the supply of the older WEGA is limited and the supply of the newer one (if they're going to change and supply it - which would be nice for you chaps) is also probably limited. Kind of a rock and a hard place at the moment. FIP and FFS providing items that are pretty hot and now - like Krispy Kreme's.

Completed on 9/8 went to shipped on 9/30 54100 PM. No tracking info. Can't wait to get it, hopefully it's the new model.

Um I like the look better but it looks like they removed some stuff from the newer model? is this right?

Looks about right, but I don't really see too much missing. The only thing I see it mentions is that there's only 2 RCA (Audio) inputs versus the old 3 - but I actually think that they're still the same its just a difference of who entered the information. Also, you can't take these comparisons as gospel since the information is obviously a little wacky (the old model is CERTAINLY not a 169 aspect TV, it is like the new one says 169 enhanced, 43).

The important additions with the new model arethat it has 2 Component Inputs (old one only had 1) and there is a MemoryStick reader (not that that is all that useful for the majority of folks). I think they may have tweaked the sound a little as well.

Anyone get theirs yet? 5 days since mine has shipped...
