If i have already signed up for an offer on freeminimac.com with a credit card could i sign up for that offer again on freeipod.com with the same credit card?

It probably depends on the offer. Like you couldn't do the Blockbuster Online trial twice, but you could order ink from MyInks.com twice.

try to do different offers, it may look bad if you do the same offers right away, just my 2 cent.

You can use the same credit card but only for DIFFERENT offers. If you use the same card for the same offer they will report you to Gratis as being a non-unique user.
