Anyone need a credit card to use?

Hey,

I was wondering if anyone thought a service where i buy you or your referrals a credit card (webcertificate) would be useful.

I'd naturally need to get the money before hand so i can do so, $25.00 will buy a $20.00 mastercard that you can use anywhere.

$2.50 for processing and $2.50 for any costs that i may incur. It sounds reasonable.

Also, when you're done, i will even refund you whatever is left on the credit card. just send it back to my paypal acct (easy) and ill refund ur money.

I made a site for this already, but i want soem general opinions first off. I know i had problems getting referrals because no one had cc's.

Lol why would they want to do that when they can go to www.webcertificate.com and do it themselves. Plus you dont even have to put $20 on the cards. The minimum is actually $5.

That right there is EXACTLY what I did and I have not recieved credit from an instant offer (

Not its not... You can put it 5, but it will charge you a 2.95 service charge...

you can't buy a web certificate if you don't have a credit card... that's what im saying.

point is, people dont have cc's but most people have paypal! so lemme know
