MyInk never credited my referrer although he got the product in mail today and he used Internet Explorer 6.0 with all cookies enabled and no popup blocker. What should I do? Tell him to email gratis and hope they will do something about it or just tell him to do infone or blockbuster?

If it's been over 15 days, have him email gratis.

Just go do another offer - it's such a quicker solution than bothering with sorting out a credit issue.
