which ipod ships faseter from the time that you finish referrals, hp ipod or apple ipod?

I have heard HP also, but the only thing that confuses me is the fact that if you switch to the Hpod it says (if available) next to it.

As it's been said countless times in the forums, you get the HP if its available, if not, you're still in line for the Apple!
