Does anyone know when gratis updates their list to give people credit for their offers completed? do they do it every morning? every evening? or every other day? because one of my referrals just completed the trim life offer and gratis says it's instant but I haven't gotten credited for it yet

Gratis doesn't do it on a set schedule, it's up to the offer sponsor. Some "instant" offers aren't actually instaneous. Sometimes it's minutes, sometimes hours. I've heard of some that take a day or two. As soon as the offer sponsor notifies Gratis you'll have credit.
