A long...long...time.
It was because their system thought my one referral wasnt unique, and it kept putting him on hold. Fineally, it let him through. Just hope it wasnt an April fools joke... (

For those who got one of their referrals rejected because they did not appear to be unique, how did you go about getting approval for them?

I had that person send in a customer service ticket explaining the situation. really, he was put on hold by a mistake in their system. He didnt do anything wrong. But, if your referral, really did do something wrong, it might be hard for you.

Ok, that's what I thought. I had the same situation happen to me, 2 of my referrals got put on hold. But they were completely legit referrals. Gratis made a mistake, I appealed it, and they bascially said, "Screw you, find 2 more referrals." Oh well.

Ah. Well, I think I know why they were so nice as to take mine off hold.
Before I even sent in for my first referral, I told them about the situation, and why I thoght that he might get put on hold. They said that he wouldnt get put on hold, and not to worry.
Well, he did get put on hold, so, I when he sent in, they were just like, oh, we screwed up, sorry. So, thats pretty much why.

same here tuesday will be buisness day # 5 - i had a refferal put on hold and gratis said he used the same name as me (idk how he would do this mabey we had same last names or something) but it got put on hold then i got another totally legit one so we will see how that works out

Actually, you DO have something to worry about even if you followed all the rules. APM, I had 5 legit referrals and they discounted 2 of them for no good reason. So if they're having a bad day, they may just not approve you (although I'd bet I'm the exception, not the rule). Good luck anyways!

My shuffle account is on hold for no reason and everything was done correctly. But you can't fight city hall I guess.

I was put on hold for one of my referrals, he contacted them and got whatever the issue was cleared up, I resubmitted for approval and they put the same referral on hold again... the vicious circle continues....
