When a friend signs up under my referall, and completes an offer. Does it notify me that i completed a 1/5 referall right away or do i have to wait until its confirmed on his account that i get credit. Thanks!

When your referral signs up, he will show up in your status immediately as "yellow" meaning he hasn't completed an offer. Depending on the offer he picks, it will take some amount time for him to receive credit -- it could be instant or it could take days or even weeks. As soon as he receives credit, his referal entry in your status will turn green. If for whatever reason he doesn't get credit, you won't either.
