Yup, it's skipping, and it isn't because the track is bad.

I dont have an iPod, but it might be that the hard drive is bad.

are you sure you didnt drop it, or you werent running?
i dont think running would effect it to bad, but i definatly wouldnt do it..
if you didnt do either of these then your ipod is probly screwed.

I ran with it and it would just stop. I had to hold it still in order to keep playing. If i would keep running with it, i would have to reset it.
