Does anyone know the next date for the shuffles to be shipped? I just went to processing yesterday!
Also, why does gratis have such a bad customer service rate? They just dont seem to care about their customers?

I don't know that they really have or deserve a bad customer service rating. I just think sometimes people don't like to hear what they do. They seem to really stick to their guns on TOS and things like that. So sometimes it upsets people. I'll admit they have irked me a few times but its just minor things.
I am guessing they are waiting on some of the people who received duplicate shuffles to return one of them. I'm happy to say mine is already on its way back.
