Requesting approval! Cs ticket?

K after sending in for approval my first time i was put on hold and so was my refferal - i was taken off hold but the refferal was not after i talked to them - i got a new refferal which is totally legit - should i still send in a cs ticket requsting a manual check?

I sent in asking for a manual check, and they said they dont do that (which I know they do, from other people on the boards). So, I would just click the button, and if they put him on hold, send in a CS ticket.
